At Cover Genius, you are the expert in building both the UAT framework and individual user cases to test the customer journey from claim submission to claim handling across verticals.To drive success in this role, you will have extensive experience in leading the QA process, including creating test plans, managing testing resources, and ensuring that software releases meet quality standards. You must be proficient in using JIRA for project management and issue tracking. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Regular collaboration with the process engineering, product and operational teams will be key in ensuring valuable product and process implementations are achieved.**What will your day look like?
