**General information**:- Office (s)- Monterrey, MEX- Date Published- Wednesday, August 16, 2023- Country- Mexico- Job ID- 22500- Function- Global Product**Description & Requirements**:UX Designer, Sr**About the Role**:**What You'll Do**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, test, and build new features and iterate on existing ones- Learning about and using our own product in your day-to-day work to not only inform your designs with data, but also to develop a deep understanding of our users' goals and behaviors for yourself- Work as part of the product leadership team to craft and communicate our product vision, mission, and strategy- Work closely with Product Managers to conduct user research and prototyping sessions- Craft beautiful, elegant designs alongside the product and development teams- Work with product and engineering to measure and monitor the success of what is built- Proactively find design inconsistencies, experience gaps, and potential future features and product lines**What You Need to Succeed**You do not have to have all of these qualifications, but the more you have the better.- 4+ years of experience as a UX designer (not just a graphic designer) in a B2B SaaS context- Experience with contextual inquiry and generative user research and the ability to facilitate user research- Experience prototyping and testing designs- A proven track record of simplifying complex products into intuitive experiences- Working knowledge of BI technologies (ELT, Data Warehousing, & Data Visualization) and data analytics- Advanced level of oral and written English**The Product Team**- The Product team at Epicor supports a rapidly evolving group of products with innovative approaches to design and integrative technology, driving the business to be a leader of cloud-based SaaS.
