Client: Our client is a leading airline in Latin America, seeking a UX Researcher within the cross-functional UX research team.Project overview: The UX Researcher will play a critical role in supporting teams by conducting user research using Design Thinking principles and both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
The position aims to ensure that projects are based on user needs, have clear business strategies, and solve well-defined problems.- Responsibilities: Support research planning based on product phase, stakeholder needs, and available time- Understand research objectives and identify ideal methods- Recruit or provide users for studies based on defined criteria- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research techniques such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and focus groups, including data collection and analysis- Identify, analyze, and interpret data to formulate valuable insights and recommendations- Develop user insights and business-context-based recommendations- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other documentation to illustrate research findings- Create reports and present findings to various audiences, including senior executives, developers, and UX teams- Collaborate with product teams to design, execute, and improve innovative, user-centered solutions- Share knowledge and experiences within and beyond the research team- Stay updated on UX research trends and best practices- Requirements: A degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Design, Journalism, Engineering, or a related field- At least 2 years of experience in user research with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods- Proficiency with UX research tools (e.G., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail)- Strong analytical and communication skills- Fluency in Spanish (English and/or Portuguese is a plus)Nice to have: Experience working in Agile environments
