As a leading human resources consultancy focused on recruiting digital and technology talent, we are committed to finding the best professionals in the industry.In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and shaping the tone and voice of brands through compelling and impactful UX writing. Your main challenge will be to establish the strategic direction, create, manage, and organize product content across various customer touchpoints. You will play a key role in enhancing the user experience (UX) by ensuring that the product content is user-friendly and aligned with the brand's voice.**Responsibilities**:- Write with accessibility and inclusivity in mind to cater to users with different abilities.- Create UX texts that consider the need for translation and localization across multiple geographies and cultures.- Identify opportunities for UX-related user experience research and how copy impacts user experience.- Support the creation of user interface design, architecture, and functionality according to usability and design best practices that meet standards and compatibility for users.- Support teams in identifying current trends and best practices that could influence design decisions for specific projects.- Identify how the success of proposed designs for a particular project should be measured.- Assist the team in preparing presentation materials and ensure that the overall experience meets brand standards.- Stay updated on emerging trends and propose new technological solutions to the team.**Requirements**:- +4 years of relevant experience in writing and design, including user interface and visual design, with solid knowledge of interaction design, site architecture, and heuristics.- Write with clarity, coherence, precision, and self-awareness, with a focus on grammar and spelling.- Strong knowledge of wireframing techniques and principles involved in conceptual prototyping production.- Experience in prototyping, wireframing, and testing (Sketch, InVision, Figma, XD, Marvel, etc.).- Experience working with agile and Lean methodologies.- Practical knowledge of usability principles, information architecture, and design systems.- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional collaboration skills within an agile environment.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and incorporate feedback creatively.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.**Benefits**:- Trabajo 100% remoto- plataforma de UBITS para cursos y certificaciones- Plan complementario con Sura- Convenio con asesorías psicológicasAplica para este trabajo
