V-Project Manager Jr

Collaborate with plants and cross-functional project teams in Mexico and China to plan, implement, and manage the overall project scheduling and new product development program.Take charge as the primary account holder and maintain regular communication with customers regarding commercial issues such as outstanding topics, payment, order processing, and shipment scheduling.Skillfully resolve cross-departmental issues at the project level, ensuring smooth coordination and effective collaboration between different teams.Assist with any ad-hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Other assigned activities.Minimum Requirements:Hold a degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.Have 1-5 years of experience in OEM/ODM program management for electronic manufacturing industries.Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving successful outcomes.Proficient in project management tools and software.Be proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards (e.G., ISO 9001, IPC-A-610) is a plus.Fluent in English (80%).#J-18808-Ljbffr
