JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description:This position is responsible for designing, developing and implementing new and improved products, packs, processes and raw materials, translating specs into actual running conditions on factory lines.

Works in conjunction with the operations team in executing the strategies of each functional area to ensure they are aligned with the overall business needs and the use of tools for each situation.
Responsible for developing the capability to solve problems at all levels of the manufacturing organization.?Alignment of Corrective Action Program within MSE ImplementationResponsible for leading, facilitating, and/or supporting initiatives or problem-solving efforts that impact the plant's priority KPIs.
Ensures effective deployment of Continuous Improvement tools through the internal corrective action management processes.
Responsible for aligning the use of Continuous Improvement tools within MSE implementation.
Responsible for providing coaching to associates for simple problem-solving.Leads Improvement Initiatives Impacting Plant PrioritiesDeploys the use of Continuous Improvement tools (Kaizen, MSE, Root Cause, in operations to support achieving CBN plant priority objectives.
Provides technical support for complex/ongoing problems for the Value Stream.
Develops, updates, and owns clear action plans for resolving complex problems.
Works with the value stream and the reliability engineer to analyze unplanned technical losses in the production line.Trains the Operations TeamTrains the operations team on work methods to ensure that operational and maintenance processes are followed.
