In return we offer a corporate culture which champions professional development, embraces and leads change, crates ingenious solutions for our customers and encourages collaboration.**Role Purpose**:Coordinate the execution of work programs, supervising a group of employees in charge of executing production programs and reaching the scheduled volumes with quality specifications and within the predetermined cost parameters through a work team, includes the preparation of statistical and administrative reports.**Responsibilities**:- Guarantee the existence of tools and tooling for your production unit in optimal conditions.- Reduce model change time.- Comply with the production schedule in volume and opportunity.- Installed capacity.- Control of waste rates.- Manufacturing cost.- Compliance with continuous improvement systems.- Comply with quality, safety and ecology requirements in your area.**Experience and essential qualifications:- Have Bachelor's level studies in Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering.- Intermediate English, able to maintain fluent conversations and make writings.- 4 years of experience in metalworking company and knowledge in machines and tools, material handling, personnel management, production control, quality systems.**Essential competences:- Operational planning.- Operating budget.- Production control (manufacturing capabilities) MRP.- Line balancing (productivity grids).- Statistical tools.- Quality systems.- Process FMEA.- Principles of Six Sigma methodology.- Know the operation and operation of machinery and equipment.- Principles of production costing.- Manufacturing processes of the area.- Know the operational controls (procedures) to reduce and control the environmental impacts generated or could generate the Environmental Aspects derived from the operations and responsibilities of the position.
