We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Veeva Test Lead**.**
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the testing efforts for Veeva RIM Submission projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Provide technical expertise in Veeva and LS Regulatory to guide the testing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines during the testing phase.
- Identify document and track defects and issues to resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis for identified defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on testing progress including key metrics and milestones.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing activities and outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with the companys quality assurance policies.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality.
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in Veeva RIM Submission Veeva and LS Regulatory.
- Have experience in Research and Development which is considered a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant experience.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Veeva Vault Administrator ISTQB Certified Tester
