**WHAT WILL YOU DO**
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of ThriveDX's educational service model to communicate with potential students and identify their needs effectively.
- Provide accurate and relevant information in response to inquiries and address any additional questions.
- Develop strong relationships with the Admissions team and leadership to streamline communication for new student acquisition processes.
- Conduct thorough phone screens with potential students to assess their suitability and fit for the program.
- Share program details and career opportunities with potential students to generate interest and excitement.
- Assist in building brand awareness for ThriveDX.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on web inquiries and warm leads, providing additional information about ThriveDX.
- Demonstrate high motivation and determination to achieve target-driven goals.
- Display resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
- Stay self-motivated to achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Take ownership of new and diverse tasks to accomplish organizational goals.
- Shift schedules may vary depending on business needs.
- Workdays may include weekends and will vary weekly.

**YOU ARE**

**YOU HAVE**
- 3+ years of experience in a Call Center environment or as an Admissions Advisor in higher education (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in the Education or a related field (preferred)
- Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with warm leads through phone interactions
- Strong phone presence and the ability to create impactful connections telephonically
- Willingness to thrive in a fast-growing, high-tech company
- Effective management of complex initiatives in diverse environments and cultures
- Excellent multitasking skills to prioritize competing deadlines and projects
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve target-driven goals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Preferred behavioral traits include adaptability, resilience, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and meticulousness.
