Your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of our video ad product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive excellence, iteration, and innovation.**Responsibilities**:- Lead the delivery of end-to-end video advertising technology solutions, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.- Collaborate with the Ad Ops team to troubleshoot critical video ad serving issues and ensure quick resolution.- Shape the video ad technology roadmap to support revenue-generating initiatives.- Act as the internal Video Ad Product Manager, articulating and managing the video ad products, roadmap, and pipeline.- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors and streaming OTT platforms to enhance our ad products.- Assist in revenue generation reporting for various teams.- Ensure quality throughout the delivery process, conducting thorough QA testing scenarios.- Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures, striving for excellence in all aspects of ad technology.- Set clear goals and objectives, acting as a point of escalation and providing guidance throughout execution.**Requirements**:- 5+ years' experience in managing a digital video ad technology ecosystem.- Proficiency with web debugging tools (e.G., Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Wireshark).- Experience with GAM and SpringServe (IMA SDK, PAL SDK, CTV, troubleshooting tools).- Deep understanding of Video Ad Serving Protocols (VAST, VPAID) and types of video ads.- Strong grasp of the digital ad serving, programmatic, and measurement technology ecosystem.- Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot VAST, HTML, and Javascript.If you're ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in shaping the future of digital advertising, we want to hear from you!
