.VIE - Quality System Project Manager - H/FAs a VIE, you'll help us deploy a new in-house quality system to track and pilot quality controls in the first Insulation plants for stonewool process. By joining us, you will be able to take part in the following activities:Understanding the existing quality & process control plan (which controls, who is doing them, how to report them, at which frequency, etc.)Understanding the tool (possibility to visit another glasswool plant with the system already running)Organizing and tracking the deployment of the module, supporting local team in the communication with IT teamConfiguring the tool based on the plant's needs collected: set-ups, design pages, tolerances…Proceeding to tests and iterate with local teamSupporting training of Quality Engineers and Operators until and after going liveAdapting the standard reports to Azuqueca's plant needs (Power BI & Grafana)Once the system is live in Azuqueca, you'll have the ability to go to other stonewool plants to support their quality system deployment.This is a 12-month mission, extendable once.If you recognize yourself in the following description and want to apply your skills to industrial challenges, don't hesitate to apply!Eager to learn about scientific and technical domains, you have developed a strong interest in the industrial environment through a positive initial work experience, ideally abroadYou're comfortable with the Pack Office; the knowledge of PowerBI and Grafana would be a plusYou like to speak your mind, you're proactive and ready to try on new ideasYou are open-minded, autonomous and have can easily collaborate with stakeholders from different backgroundsYou're fluent in English (written & spoken); strong foundations in Spanish would be considered as an assetYou will join a dynamic local quality team in Spain, consisting of about 7 people.
