**Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)**Parker Baby Co.- Location: Remote_We're a small family business. But we're growing quickly, and it's time to grow our family (work family that is, our family is done growing).We operate on a semi-remote basis. ~3 team members work out of our Parker, Colorado warehouse/office, and ~3 team members work remotely or semi-remotely.**The job**We are looking for a generalist with experience in e-commerce to initially help with order processing, data entry and other basic operational tasks.- Reconcile outbound shipments with website orders- Track inbound shipments and add updates to collaboration software (ClickUp)- Evaluate potential influencers on Social Media and consolidate for review- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)- Develop and improve SOPs for processes across the organization- Synchronizing product information across sales channels- Monitor eCommerce listings for changes and inefficiencies- Reconcile Purchase Orders across multiple platforms (ClickUp, Finale Inventory, Inventory-Planner)- Basic bookkeeping, including the payment of invoices and credit cards**What we're looking for from you**- Self-starter -- Willing to learn and be challenged- Builder -- Are you interested in building things from the ground up?- Innovator -- Our industry is constantly changing, Can you stay ahead of the curve?- Team Player -- We're a small team (did we already mention that?).
