Virtual Recruiter Asistant

**What**:We are looking for a bilingual recruiting assistant to perform various activities related to recruiting and hiring department, 2 years of experience on recruiting or administration areas are a plus.**Where**:The job will be done remotely 30 to 36 hours per week.**How**:We pay $5.00 usd per hour, pay biweekly as a consultant.Schedule to work Monday through Friday from 9am -1pm and 3 to 5.Require to have a lap top, headphones and cell phone.Will work with and assist the recruiting Manager in the USA.Will be contraced as a consultant.**When**:To start as soon as possible.**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in administration, or psychology is a plus2 years of experience working for a transnational company as administration assistant or recruiter.Bilingual, **must be fluent in English**Available schedule to work week days 30- 36 hours, during business hours.Must be 21 or olderMust have laptop, headphones, cell phone and work from home. Must be able to make phone calls, interviews via zoom or remotely.Must be able to provide an invoice for their services biweekly.**Skills**:Proficient in Microsoft OfficeProficient in PDF files, digital filing and Goggle docsOrganized, Focus, Reliable, high work ethicsStrong verbal and written communication ( English and Spanish)**Job Types**: Part-time, ContractPay: $5.00 per hour**Experience**:- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
