**Position Summary**:The Warehouse Administrative Lead will be responsible for coordinating with warehouse management and other teams within the company to communicate the daily operations of warehouse administrative activities. Responsibilities also include providing management with accurate status updates on all warehouse activities including the processing of inventory transactions in the ERP and WMS systems.**Essential Duties and responsibilities**:- Lead a team of Warehouse Administrative personnel to ensure all relevant tasks are completed on time and correctly.- Communicate with all internal Company departments: Account Management, Logistics, Production, QC, and Inventory control to ensure all required processes are completed in a timely manner.- Oversee the processing of pick tickets and ensure that all orders are updated in the system and inventory is relieved accurately and promptly.- Manage and organize the warehouse task list including the maintenance of logs for reworks and transfers to ensure they are updated, and all tasks are completed in the timeline allowed.- Control the schedule for the rework team to ensure the team completes the assigned tasks in the correct order and by the due date.- Oversee the closeouts process to ensure that extra and damaged products are physically and systematically processed and logged.- Conduct cycle counts as needed with support from warehouse personnel. Reconcile cycle counts in WMS and communicate findings to Inventory Control.- Other duties assigned as needed.**Minimum Qualifications**:- At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Lead or Supervisor/Manager is required.- Apparel/Accessories experience and/or working with major retailers is a plus.- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing is essential.- Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances in the work environment is a must.- Self-motivated with a successful track record of team leadership- Meticulous attention to detail.- Experience with ERP and WMS systems is required.- Strong understanding of inventory control systems and processes.- Experience with EDI is a plus.- Bilingual English/Spanish is requiredTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $3,000.00 - $7,500.00 a la semanaBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horasConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Uso de mascarilla, gel, sana distanciaEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Administracion almacenes: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
