Also, to improve employee morale through efficiencies, lower costs, documented processes and a safer work environment.1. On-time and accurate delivery of all orders of 99% or higher.- Create an efficient workflow to ensure that orders are shipped properly on a daily basis.- Establish processes for order management: printing of labels, picking/packing/kitting orders, and shipping orders.2. Work within the labor and supplies budget as a % of sales.- Manage employee labor hours throughout the week to ensure orders are going out on time.- Establish predictability around warehouse supplies i.E., boxes, stretch wrap, tape, etc.3. Invest in employee's personal progression and growth.- Establish KPI's for each employee so that performance is objective.- Set real and meaningful goals and follow-up/provide real feedback on achieving these goals.- Hold 1 on 1 meetings with employees to review goals, performance, and morale.4. Align goals with cross functional leaders to ensure operations are supporting company wide efforts.- Customer service- Quality assurance- Finance- Etc.5.
