This involves a high level of analysis, evaluating, forecasting, tracking and reporting warranty claim expenses at a national, regional and dealer level. Support assessment of dealership fixed operations and warranty policy & procedure compliance.Having knowledge of Warranty Administration, Policy & Procedures, the incumbent will consult and advise on a variety of reporting aspects including, but not limited to, Warranty reporting. Provide policy & procedure support and guidance to internal and regional staff, fielding requests and answering questions. Ability to identify requestor's needs, offer value-added recommendations, and ensure resolution. Strong communication and customer service skills are required. Operates in a team environment and works individually as necessary. Administers special projects or programs. Able to assist management with warranty performance activities or other tasks.Job functions Include but are not limited to:- Responsible for preparing daily, weekly and monthly warranty activity and performance reports, as well as providing insightful analysis to the Warranty management team and other company stakeholders.- Understanding dealership processes to develop reporting for service department statistics and maintain databases (i.E. Anomalous Repair Control & Warranty performance metrics). Produce ad-hoc dealership operational reports, assist with Anomalous Repair Control (ARC) & ARC dealership stage assignment.- Consult with report recipients to ensure report output meets current business needs and acts as internal consultant regarding the use of warranty strategies and decision. Able to process changes in a timely and professional manner.- Understands statistical modeling and is able to create models to predict and/or forecast future dealer payment trends.- Conducts quantitative analyses using various internal and external data sources to identify key issues and trends, which may support warranty strategies and decisions.- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.**Job Knowledge and Skills**:**Desired competencies**: Detail-oriented, analytical, PC skills, data modeling, and data interpretation.
