**Title**: Wholesale Account Analyst - Monterrey
**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Credit - Mexico
**Function**: Marketing / Sales
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Assists account managers in reviewing critical dealers/distributors by providing detailed analysis of dealer collateral management and payment behaviors.
- Works with critical dealers on collateral verification audits in order to timely resolve outstanding concerns.
- Communicates with account management and the equipment division personnel on behavior identified as potential collateral mismanagement and/or fraud.
- Develops and trains less experienced wholesale support specialists on functional responsibilities, systems and business programs.
- Collects past due dealers/distributors accounts and identifies.
- Collects past due dealers/distributors accounts and identifies dealer/distributor payment behavior that may indicate more serious dealer credit issues.
- Enforces settlement requirements as necessary to ensure dealer is adhering to settlement guidelines.
