We are looking for ERP and CRM Data Analysts to join our Development Team and work on various projects with multicultural teams all over the world. What You Will Do:
- Serve as the technical and process expert, assisting end users with the use of the ERP.
- Oversee the implementation of process changes and system enhancements, as well as the proactive analysis of business needs and the execution of short
- and long-term plans to achieve business objectives.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for all ERP/CRM requests and act as a liaison with outside Sage developers and support resources as needed.
- Responsible for supporting and delivering solutions to all of our departments, and requires a cross-functional understanding of business processes.
Here's what we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems.
- Thorough understanding and experience with the Sage EM/X3 product.
- Advanced English level.
