**As an **_Invoice Processing Clerk_**, some of your main activities will be**:
- Receiving, reviewing, coding, and matching invoices with the proper contract/project.
- Enter new vendors into the company system.
- Review invoices and reconcile them to the appropriate contract/work order.
- Code and process invoices for manager/board approval.
- Prepare Accounts Payable reports.
- Contact vendors and resolve account discrepancies, payment status, and disputes.
- Run Bank reconciliations.
- Set up and process recurring transactions.
- Monthly assessment billing processing.
- Generate refund check requests
**WORK SCHEDULE**
**_ MONDAY - FRIDAY_**
**During US Daylight Saving Time**:
- 6:30 AM. - 3:00 PM. **CST MEX.**
**Standard Time**:
- 7:30 AM. - 4:00 PM. **CST MEX.

**Requirements**:
- **Advanced** **English** **Skills**.
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar positions.
