This professional will be responsible for building and driving the company's platform strategy, with a focus on standards, enabling business velocity, optimizing IT service delivery and optimizing change and incident. What You Will Do: Configure, Administer and Script the ServiceNow platform.Work with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and the HRSD modules.Provide follow-up support for specific customers.Support "customization" efforts for new customer prospects. Here's what we are looking for: 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development.ServiceNow certified Administrator.4+ years of experience ITSM modulePrevious experience with ITAM (HAM).ITIL 4 Foundation certification.Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML and web design practices.Advanced English level.
