Join our team.CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:Reporting to Product Owner, Workday Talent & Learning, this role will be responsible for the expertise in functional configuration, testing, documentation, and auditing related to Workday Talent and Compensation. This role is part of cross-functional product team tasked with understanding business needs and translating those needs into the technical capabilities needed to deliver the best user experience for Workday use.In this role, you will:- Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams- Consistently looks for ways to optimize and improve existing business processes and functional configurations- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, resolve sophisticated system problems, and develop and manage complex workflow rules, data validations, and object customizations- Supervise new features being released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans- Provide Level 2 & 3 support for production issues and questionsLI-RemoteWhat we look for:Experience- At least 3 years of configuration experience with Workday Talent and/or Compensation; Workday Pro certification a plus- Proven experience in agile planning methodologies, working with product managers, scrum masters, and engineering teams to drive product improvements- Experience having effective conversations with clients about their support needs and requirements, lead the intake process, and ask the right questions to scope and solve the requests**Skills**:- Business process analysis- Agile planning and delivery- Cross-functional teamwork- Partner management- Verbal and written communicationWorkplace type:RemoteWe seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
