Job Description:
Responsabilities:
Designing the workshop agenda and content based on the objectives and target audience.
Creating presentation materials, handouts, and any necessary resources.
Arranging the venue, equipment, and logistics for the workshop.
identifying areas for improvement (8 wastes), implementing changes, and monitoring progress to ensure sustained enhancement.
Process Analysis: Analyzing existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Gathering data through observation, interviews, surveys, and analysis of performance metrics.Documenting current processes, including inputs, outputs, activities, and decision points.
Problem identification, 8 wastes identification, prioritizing problems based on their impact on business and objectives.
Solution generation: brainstorming and collaborating with cross functional temas to generate potencitial solutions, evaluating differents improvement ideas based on criteria of feasibility, cost-effectivenes.
Implementation: leading or supporting the implementation of process improvements, establushing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of process improvement
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree
- Intermediate English skills
- Analytical thinking, strong problem solving skills, planning, organizing and managing projects, ability to manage multiple improvement projects simultaneosly, keeping them on track and within budget
- Ability to manage and facilitate change within an organization, helping teams adapt to new processes and improvements.
- Skills in communicating change effectively, addressing resistance, and building consensus among stakeholders.
