- The Yardperson provides bulk product delivery support to blast crews and assistance to crews for on bench operations**What you will be doing**
**Daily Tasks**
- Manual labour, often in hot, dusty environments on uneven ground on and in; reload facilities & mine pit benches. Tasks may include however are not limited to:
- Bulk stock control and auditing
- Maintenance of associated equipment
- Operation of prime mover and skell tilt trailers
- 32 tonne forklift operation
- Assisting operators with the loading of MMU's
- Loading and unloading ammonium nitrate and emulsion phase deliveries
- Delivery and demurrage document
- control
- Frontend loader operations
- Waste disposal & house keeping
- Handling explosives, unloading storing etc.
- Assisting Shotfirer's with Shot Preparation
- Measuring holes, setting out
- Setting up reloading areas and shots
**What you will bring**
- Compulsory Skills / Knowledge / Training:
- SSAN Clearance (security sensitive ammonium nitrate)
- Multi combination licence (MC)
- High risk operations licence (forklift)
- Generic standard 11 open cut coal induction
- Education and Experience:
- 2 years dangerous good experience
- 2 years bulk explosives experience
- 2 years heavy industry preferably mining experience
- Elementary school diploma
