**About Levare**Our mission is to be one of the world's leading producers and providers of artificial lift products & services - a key segment for the entire market.**Job Summary**Be the right hand of the Financial Manager - General Manager in all the tax matters.**Your duties will include**- Ensure legal compliance with all local requirements.- Coordinate the implementation of policies and supervise timely payment of payroll, social security and settlements.- Prepare financial statements on a quarterly or yearly basis, as well as analyses of complementary information.- Prepare and maintain detailed supporting schedules, including account analysis and reconciliation.- Keep accounting books from the start: establish procedures, work formats and document flows with a view to ensuring timely and accurate processing, as well as documenting pertinent accounting entries.- Submit management reports to top management strictly based on accounting standards.- Inform the General Manager about financial conditions, activities and trends, in order to take corrective measures.- Guarantee compliance with tax and legal rules and coordinate activities with the tax department.- Establish and implement procedures for banking and verification transactions.
