What you will do?The Warranty Specialist II will be responsible for the administration of the Controls' return process. They work Customer Services, L&D and Manufacturing to ensure the warranty process is being executed correctly. The Warranty Specialist II will be responsible for the review of all dispositioned returns and apply the appropriate credit for closure according to policy. They will work with suppliers for the proper review and disposition of customer returns. The Warranty Specialist II will liaise with the SAP teams in the development of enhancements to make the process more efficient. How you will do it?Fluency in the English languageBachelor's Degree in Business or a minimum of 5 years related experience. Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers and constituents at all levels of the organization including the ability to be persuasive and/or assertive.Must be detail oriented, results driven.Capable of using innovative thinking through analysis and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities/deadlines.Competent in verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills to be capable of dealing with all parties involved in the claims process.Possess a high level of energy, be a quick study, work independently and proactively, and assimilate learning materials on many different subjects from various sources, as evidenced by successful completion of college level curriculum.Highly adaptive to changes in the work environment.Work well within a team structure, giving and receiving assistance.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word. Willingness and ability to perform special projects and assignments as requested.Demonstrated track record of Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence & Accountability.What are we looking for?Experience with global ERP systems of 2 years or longer. SAP experience is a plus.Salesforce experience is a plus.Ability to navigate within a highly matrixed organization. Experience and comfort working with virtual teams.
