Position Summary:
Responsible for diagnostic and analysis for 0 km customer complaints (Mass production), running tests and completing reports, updating, and improving existing test systems, and repairing faulty 0 km bench testers.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and analysis on 0km customer complaint (Mass production) parts to identify the initial root cause of the failure and report result to interested parties.
- Develop and/or modify test methods and bench testers to improve turnaround time.
- Perform tests in accordance with product specifications.
- Perform data analysis with 0 km database to identify failure trends.
- Upload information to property system QMS, 0 km database, SharePoint.
- Support conferences to clarify diagnostic and analysis results with customer and/or Harman team.
- Support analysis into 0 km lab meetings to find root cause and proper corrective actions.
- Support KPI's report execution.
- Other activities assigned by Chief 0 km Quality Laboratory.
Basic Qualifications:

- Mechatronic/Electronic or related Engineer.
- Knowledge on basic electronic measurement equipment (Multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR).
- Schematics and layout interpretation.
- 3 years of prior experience in electronic diagnostic and analysis on automotive ECU's.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- B1 English Level.
