We are currently looking for a talented Industrialization Project Manager to lead our projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes and enhancing production capabilities.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing industrialization projects from conception through implementation.
You will coordinate activities across multiple teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include: 1.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, risk assessments, and deliverables.
Ensure project milestones are met and objectives are achieved.

Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication among engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations.
Address any concerns promptly and effectively.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement best practices and lean methodologies.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks throughout the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
6.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, reports, and lessons learned.

Ensure that manufacturing quality, delivery and cost targets are defined, considered and met • Drive the MTY Plant project time plans covering all activities needed to ensure that Tuve Plant is ready for production start • Ensure quality assured project documentation (e.g., project pre-requisites, project description, risk analysis) • Manage project costs (resources, development and investments) • Manage resources to meet the project targets • Proactively challenge the line organizations to meet agreed project milestones • Secure information and recommendation for decisions within Tuve plant decision meetings Requirements The successful candidate for the Industrialization Project Manager position will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
8+ years of project management experience, specifically within industrialization or manufacturing sectors.
Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean methodologies.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in both English and Spanish.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
