Interfaces with customers to identify billing information.- Responsible for process development and reengineering related to border crossings.- Provides leadership, expertise, guidance and training to the supply chain, commodity, procurement and program management functions, ensuring that the latest practices and procedures are followed.- Interfaces with various levels of Celestica management to ensure processes are in place and working such that we maintain compliance with Logistics processes.**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:- Good knowledge of an electronics manufacturing environment, material and processes.- Expert understanding and interpretation of traffic and customs rules and regulations.- Good understanding of internal and external customer requirements.- Good financial, analytical, and negotiation skills.- Good understanding of cost impacts related to logistics services- Ability to perform cost benefit analysis across various modes of transportation- Ability to identify and resolve high complexity process/system problems using financial, analytical, and/or statistical models.- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.- Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.- Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish**Physical Demands**:- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.- Repetitive manual movements (e.G., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.- Occasional travel may be required.**Typical Experience**:- Three to six years of relevant experience.**Typical Education**:- Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Educational requirements may vary by geography
