Co-facilitate continuous improvement activities in support of the plan. Build knowledge of specific Lean and Six Sigma systems, methods and tools. Able to work under minimal supervision, now in the form of co-facilitation and post-activity reflection. Manage resources to effectively help execute the strategy deployment plans. Detailed Description Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Ensure the execution of the continuous improvement (CI) goals and strategies for the operation and support functions in the organization Ensure all activities for CI and performance enhancement are fulfilled in the customer or department Work closely with area owner to develop CI activities Participate in the management gemba ("go and see") activities Participate in the site/function CI Committee Support the adoption and measurement of the Systematic CI Framework Standards Lead or co-facilitate the process improvement based CI workshops Drive new ideas and improvement solutions with all area owners and deploy good practices to other customers/departments Work closely with all area owners to create a culture of continuous improvement Adhere to Reward and Recognition programs to motivate all employees Support improvement opportunities external to the site/function (as required)
