Builds strong internal and external relationships that require exchanging of information and providing explanations in a problem solving capacity.Detailed DescriptionPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:Directs activities to support all manufacturing operations equipment availability (uptime), preventative maintenance of equipment, scheduling of technician training, project planning and implementation, scheduling of equipment installation, purchasing of spare parts and supplies for area related needs.May also manage a team of Process and Test Engineers who develop specialized tools to automate and ease test development, and develop and execute test/process strategy for new products including design for test/process (DFx) analysis and feedback.Supports and manages customer test process sustaining effort including incorporation of engineering changes and identifying yield improvements efforts.Manages activities pertaining to new product test development and implementation into manufacturing.Also requires administration of standard management activities.In-depth knowledge of Process and Test Engineering standards.Knowledge and understanding of the business unit and how decisions impact customer satisfaction, product quality, on-time delivery and the profitability of the unit.Ability to coordinate a wide variety of resources to meet production quality and quantity metrics
