This includes monitoring and up keeping the network operating environments; responding to incidents; planning for growth, deployment of new technologies as well as design, install, configure, maintain and perform testing of Network Operating systems (IOS, Firmware, and Software), networks, and related utilities and hardware. The successful candidate will manage and maintain network devices on the customer premises and will be expected to work to several key performance indicators: SLA targets, capacity management and customer visits/communications. Detailed Description Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Provide technical support and perform maintenance Install, maintain and configure network hardware and equipment, routers, switches, wireless access points (WAP), and SDWAN devices. Manage, monitor, and support various network devices (Cisco, Open source Network device, Aruba SDWAN, Wireless, firewalls and NAC) Document processes and monitor network performance metrics. Explore new solutions, enhancements and opportunities for continuous improvement, projects and more Perform the acquisition, provisioning and decommissioning of related equipment, software and services Formally document change requests and manage the changes Manage external service providers Foster and develop a trusting relationship with the customer as well as internal resources, and be the customer advocate Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Strong customer service orientation Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
