We are currently seeking an ambitious and talented Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Junior to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers to support the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes, including automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Design and develop manufacturing methods, procedures, and work instructions to optimize production processes and ensure product quality.
Work closely with equipment suppliers to integrate new tools and technologies into the manufacturing process.
Analyze production data and perform statistical analysis to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and improve overall process performance.
Collaborate with the product design team to provide manufacturing expertise and support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives.
Assist in the development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, including process flowcharts, control plans, and standard operating procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and drive operational excellence.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in manufacturing engineering, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies.
Requirements EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field • 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role or related field • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control • Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and manufacturing simulation tools • Familiarity with automation and robotics technologies in manufacturing SKILLS • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop new skills Benefits • Base salary • Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan) • 15 days bonus • 25% vacation bonus • 12 days of vacation (From the first year) • Social Security • PTU/Profit Sharing • Biweekly food vouchers Apply for this job
