We are currently seeking an ambitious and talented **Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Junior** to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers to support the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes. **Responsibilities**:
- Support the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes, including automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design and develop manufacturing methods, procedures, and work instructions to optimize production processes and ensure product quality.
- Work closely with equipment suppliers to integrate new tools and technologies into the manufacturing process.
- Analyze production data and perform statistical analysis to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and improve overall process performance.
- Collaborate with the product design team to provide manufacturing expertise and support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation, including process flowcharts, control plans, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and drive operational excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in manufacturing engineering, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies.
**Requirements**:
**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role or related field
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and manufacturing simulation tools
- Familiarity with automation and robotics technologies in manufacturing
