In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and implementing advanced manufacturing processes and technologies. If you have a strong background in advanced manufacturing engineering and a passion for driving continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply.**Responsibilities**:- Lead the implementation of advanced manufacturing processes, such as robotics, automation, and digital manufacturing technologies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative manufacturing solutions, improve product quality, and increase production efficiency.- Design and optimize manufacturing layouts and workflows to enhance productivity and eliminate waste.- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvement and implement Lean manufacturing principles.- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and efficient production processes.- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve production issues and improve overall performance.- Create and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.- Stay updated on the latest industry advancements and emerging technologies in advanced manufacturing.- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production targets.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.- 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or similar role.- Extensive knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies, such as robotics, automation, and digital manufacturing.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.- Excellent project management skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and process optimization.**Desirable**:- Master's degree in Engineering or related field.- Experience in the automotive or aerospace industry.- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to advanced manufacturing.- Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
