In this role, your primary focus will be to ensure that the supports of our client sent for repair, are properly managed through an external specialized provider.
**Responsibilities**:- Registration and Control of supports.- Liaising with specialized supplier to obtain repair quotes for supports.- Assisting in validating quotes and handling the release of purchase orders.- Coordinating with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.- Maintain documentation related to supplier quality metrics and performance.- Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders regarding supplier performance and quality issues.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in quality engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field..- 2-5 years of experience in Supplier Management or related roles.- Knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies.- Experience conducting supplier audits and assessments.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Attention to detail and reliability.
