We are seeking a motivated and skilled **Design for Manufacturing Hardware Engineer (Med)** to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will focus on designing hardware that meets manufacturing requirements, ensuring optimal performance and manufacturability.
**Responsibilities**:
- The DFM HW engineer must be knowledgeable and own the HPC HW (both mechanical and electrical) design-for-manufacturing technical requirements and specification relevant for HPC HW development in relation to EMS supplier's capability.
- Be the liaison between Engineering and the selected Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) supplier/s
- Accountable and responsible for the release and implementation of High-Performance Computers (HPC) into Production.
- Be the main interface with the engineering and vehicle teams to manage internal and external BOMs releases.
- Work with the HPC product development, design engineering, quality and others to capture product design changes for the HPC product affecting Manufacturing.
- Responsible to evaluate, coordinate and implement with the EMS, engineering changes affecting the manufacturability of the HPC.
- Support the development of testing documents to achieve 100% Test Coverage of HPCs in production.
- Define manufacturing programing flashing concept to interface EMS system
- Be the interface between EMS Cybersecurity for key management and compliance to manufacturing requirements.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering (preferred), Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of **Data Management Systems / Product Lifecycle Management Systems (PRISMA, ENOVIA, KVS).
**:
- 3 + years of hands-on **experience with electronics manufacturing engineering of High-Tech Products (Automotive Tier 1)**:
- Experience with **Bill of Material** Structures and Engineering Change processes.
- Experience with **manufacturing test methods** (ICT, Optical Inspection, Boundary Scan test, Functional test, End of Line Programming, Burn in, etc)
- Experience in** hardware test coverage analysis**, (knowledge of TestWay tool preferred)
- Expert on **APQP process**, creation of control plans, P-FMEA, IATF auditor preferred
- Working knowledge on ISA/IEC 62443 industrial cybersecurity standards
- Design Implementation of Mandatory access control (MAC) and EOL Flags
