Shift: Monday to Friday. 1pm to 8pm Dallas Time ZoneWe are a dedicated team providing essential services to homeowners affected by storms. Our mission is to help homeowners determine if they qualify for an insurance-covered roof replacement through our free roof inspection program.We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Roof Inspection Scheduler. In this role, you will log into our dialer system and schedule inspections for our technicians to visit homeowners' properties and conduct roof inspections.**Key Responsibilities**:- Log into our dialer system and contact homeowners in storm-affected areas.- Schedule roof inspection appointments for our technicians.- Provide homeowners with information about our free roof inspection service.- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and homeowner interactions.- Communicate effectively with homeowners and address any questions or concerns they may have.**Qualifications**:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Comfortable working with dialer systems and scheduling software.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Prior customer service or scheduling experience is a plus.**Benefits**:- Competitive pay- Evening Hours- Opportunity to help homeowners in need- Supportive team environment**How to Apply**:If you are enthusiastic about helping homeowners and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
