Call Center Reps are responsible for assisting existing customers, and may be required, to assist new customers with incoming sales opportunities. Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, you will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment.**Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)**- Maintain relationships with existing customers- General knowledge of company, products, and/or services- Review needs and suggest/promote/sell additional or alternative products or services- Obtain customer information and enter into various CRM systems- Adhere to QA requirements and utilize a call flow- Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information- Inbound/Outbound sales experience (call center, retail, door-to-door)- First-call resolution- Technical PC experience (Windows, preferred)- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team (Promotes positive work environment)- Excellent communication skills (Professional demeanor)- Ability to build rapport with customers and exhibit empathy- Ability to multi-task**What we offer**:- **Excellent Referral Program -**:- Fun and friendly work environment!!!- Hourly base pay + very lucrative commission/bonuses- Variety of shifts; AM, Mid, and PM- Full-time positions- Paid training- Benefits- Advancement opportunities
