We are seeking an experienced **Mechanical Engineer MID** to enhance our engineering excellence.
In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, analyzing, and optimizing advanced mechanical systems while collaborating with diverse teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and evaluate CAD design changes (internal/ external), cooperate in negotiations (e.g.
volume and costs of changes, etc.
), and assure implementation.
- Generate and check reliable 3D models of technical parts to verify that they meet customer and legal requirements.
- Ensure that all documentation is properly created and maintained for new, modified, and purchased parts.
Data is properly stored within PLM.
Data transfer is occurring effectively.
- Utilizing the given surface model, conduct part conceptual studies to define the part breakup and concept execution studies.
- Participate in FMEA documentation.
- Assist, define, and verify special and critical product characteristics.
- Management of CAD-developed parts until series production.
- Work with production/tooling to make sure that designs are feasible.
- Ensure that all deliverables are completed.
- Develop attachment provisions and locating schemes to meet the product requirements.
- Include assembly and disassembly requirements in the definition of the part design.
- Conduct benchmarking activities to ensure development is best in class.
- Create technical drawings that include tolerance and dimensions w/ assistance from dimensional engineers.

- Catia V5 (Catia R31 Mechanical Shape Design with HD2 add-on MODULE)

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design within the automotive or relevant sector.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA or SolidWorks.
- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and product performance.
- Experience in project management and team collaboration.
- Advance English level.
