**GENERAL OVERVIEW**: The IMMEX Analyst is responsible to manage and follow up import export operations from company, customs agents' coordination, Anexx 24 invoices, opens and closure pediments, external commerce operations expense accounts review.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Preparation and correct analysis of import and export invoices in annex 24, register new part numbers, and maintance of the parts catalog
2. Coordinate the clearance of import and export merchandise with MX and US customs agents
3. Make sure that merchandise dispatches are carried our on time in coordination with Customs Agents and Warehouses
4. Integrate electronic records of foreign trade operations.
5. Develop and monitor the tariff classification process with Customs Agents
6. Generation and reporting of information for the KPIs of the Department
7. Review and report generation of expense operations for import export
8. Follow up of open and closure of RT Export Pediments, A1 Land, Air and sea
9. Follow up of open and closure of RT Import Pediments, A1 Land, Air and sea
10. Follow up of virtual pediments and monthly consolidated.
11Follow up and solving of mistakes and operation incidences.
12. Support other activities and projects related to legal compliance and area operations
