**GENERAL OVERVIEW**:
Main responsibility is managed and plan production schedule and on time delivery to customer. Maximizing production capacity, and contributing to inventory reduction
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Manage and plan production schedule and on time delivery to customer.
Maximizing production capacity and contributing to inventory reduction.
Create work orders, according to CTB received for materials control.
Analyze customer forecast to identify and plan on time product requirements.
Request information about new products, or reworks, to include in production plans.
Daily follow up to production plans and commitment of delivery with customers.
Check with Production the orders status, delivery deadlines and delivery of finished product.
Monitoring metrics of planning.
Report to Planning Management and Planning Coordinator, the delays and potential impact in production for the lack of material, tooling, etc., as well as opportunity areas in the environment.
Support on activities of changes in Engineering and controlled runs of assessment.
Carry on with internal work regulation and the audits 6S program.
**Responsibilities for the Integrated Management System (IMS)**:
Participate in the required activities and audits by the IMS.
Have acknowledge of the risks and dangers, as well as know and accomplish operational controls.
Report on unsafe acts to EHS department.
Take part in the Occupational Health and Safety programs.
Take part in the detection of risks and dangers of its operational areas.
Inform staff of the accidents/incidents that may occur in the company.
Achieve all the requirements of Occupational Health and Safety.
Take part in the investigation of accidents/incidents.
Have knowledge of the integral policies and the integral objectives of the IMS, as well as contribute to its fulfillment.
Inform of the accidents/incidents that may occur to its personnel in charge.
Support on the updating of relevant documents to its work area.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Use of computer.
Facility to capture information with the use of Office computer (word, excel, PowerPoint), MRP system.
Effective verbal and written and communication (English 90%).
Basic Information about duties and responsibilities and risks of exposure of applicable NOMs.
