Overview**Job Title: Identity & Access Management Specialist (IAM)****Location: Remote for now, then Guadalajara**What you will be doing:Support the architecture, design, deployment, and integration of privileged account security solutions across multiple federal government agenciesSupport escalation of implementation issues from multiple engineering / deployment teamsSupport Solution Implementation Architecture activitiesCoordinate technical solution reviews and pre-deployment checklists with customers and implementation engineersDevelop design documentation and implementation / deployment plans for privileged account security solutions and identity governance solutionsWhat we need to see:Ability to discuss technical concepts and interdependencies with customersAbility to understand overarching Solution functionalityExperience gathering high level functional and operational requirementsExperience developing and managing multiple system designs concurrentlyExperience designing Xceedium / CA PAM solutionsExtensive implementation experience implementing Xceedium / CA PAMHands-on Windows 2008 and 2012 and Unix Server administration experience to onboarding end points in CA PAMHands-on IIS administration experienceHands-on Active Directory and LDAP query experienceFunctional understanding of TCP/IP networks and firewallsFunctional understanding of the following protocols: TCP, UDP, DNS, NetBIOS, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SSLBasic scripting experience
