Main ResponsibilitiesAs a UX Designer for John Deere located in Torreon, MX, you will join the ISG Electronic Systems UX team and have the incredible opportunity to design digital service experiences for our factories. You will partner with other designers, researchers, and product managers to intentionally design unified experiences based on insights. In this position you will:
Intentionally design and deliver mockups and interactive prototypes that communicate the design vision and user journey.Conduct design thinking sessions with a wide range of stakeholders to creatively address complex applications, impediments, and user journeys.Present design vision and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders and leaders.Partner with researchers to test and validate designs.Leverage the Fuel Design System to design a consistent ecosystem of experiences.What Makes You Stand OutA strong portfolio of UI including diversity in layouts, formats, and clickable prototypes.High degree of comfort in Figma (or transferrable experience).Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders to drive an intentional design philosophy.Experience understanding and applying visual brand guidelines/style guides.Experience with agile development methodologies.Evidence of continuous UX learning/upskilling and certifications.Experience with accessibility design and guidelines.EducationIdeally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Usability, Graphic Arts, Digital Design, Industrial Design, Marketing, Human Factors or related discipline.
