.The Telesales Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.Responsibilities:Provides training for telephone representatives for business campaigns.Monitors the results of each campaign in the telephone centers.Monitors and evaluates indicators of quality parameters.Implements and executes initiatives to achieve results.Verifies fulfillment of goals and hours worked of each representative.Coaches sales representatives.Implements the operational criteria for each campaign.Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:2-5 years of experience in banking or marketing.Good analytical skills and decision-making.Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel.Self-motivated and detail-oriented.Proactive leadership and motivational skills.Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.Education:Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.Funciones:Estará a cargo de la gestión de 3 pilares en socios comerciales:Enlace a incentivos con recursos humanos. Análisis y ajustes de scorecard. Seguimiento a KPI's.Dará seguimiento a las funciones de la posición C09 (manager de indicadores).Tendrá relación con diversas áreas para validación de algunos temas financieros: FINCON, pago a proveedores, presupuestos, seguimiento de gastos.Será responsable de validar la rentabilidad a través de una constante medición de los costos y gastos de proyectos en los puntos de venta.Estará a cargo de un equipo de 5 personas
