Their platform creates near-realistic images using the expertise of local designers who deeply understand the market, enabling real estate agents to fulfill their clients' visions and close deals efficiently.**Experience**:- Proven experience as a 3D designer.- AI proficiency and ability to build automation scripts.- Strong understanding of interior design and real estate market needs.- Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience with Blender.- Experience with GLB file format.**Responsibilities**:- Create 3D assets (furniture pieces) for virtual staging used in interior design and real estate websites.- Ensure 3D furniture models are liked to manufacturers for purchase.- Serve three customer segments:- Design high-quality 3D models.- Integrate purchasable links for the models.- Convert existing files into specific required formats.**Some benefits**:- 100% remote work- Full-time schedule, flexible according to objectives- PTO & holidays
