What do you get to do in this position? Mission: Support Regional Transformation and NAM Integration Logistics programs with Project Management and Performance analytics and support.
Key activities include: Integrated Logistics Administration support:Work with NAM Integrated Logistics Territory Director and procurement leaders to implement 3PL governance including:Prepare and publish KPIs for 3PL providers (inputs to Business Reviews)Prepare Business Review content and schedule meetings with stakeholdersFacilitate Business review meetings and capture actions and meeting minutesPublish and coordinate action updatesManage communications between SE and 3PL PartnersPMO Support for Logistics Transformation programs:Support and audit project communication plans (including milestone updates)Training and testing campaigns (prepare meeting and update sessions, communicate progress)Work with project managers to enable detailed iProject resource plans and create a consolidated program viewGenerate KPIs and report project health and statusSchedule and facilitate weekly and monthly update meetingsCollaborate with Project Managers to maintain iProject dashboard, validate data, and maintain compliance with project phases, gates, and timelinesExtract Data From iProject database to create views for stakeholder updatesThis job might be for you if: Enjoy complex and challenging systems work including data extracts and analysisHave strong analytical and technical problem-solving skillsAre interested in and able to learn multiple applications such as Access, Excel, Manhattan, Power BI, Oracle, SAP, SQL, TableauTake initiative to collaborate with cross-functional team membersWould like exposure to project management methods and toolsEnjoy working on a diverse teamWe seek out and reward people for being straightforward, open, passionate, effective, and challenging the status quo.
