ALTEN Mexico is a subsidiary of the ALTEN Group, a global leader in engineering and technology consulting.**General Activities**:The Supplier Program Manager is responsible for the development of an assigned componentwithin Stellantis Infotainment Group. The SPM is the representant of his assigned componentinternally and externally, and is responsible for the good tenue of the planning and projectconstraints.Response to Change Request during Development phase and Issue Response & Tracking duringProduction phase are important drivers that rythm the SPM's planning.The Supplier Program Manager is also responsible for the management of Tier 1 suppliers incharge of the component design.**Requirements**:- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace/Computer/Computer Science or equivalent)- 1+ years experience- Mechatronics- Communication Protocols (CAN/LIN)- System Requirements ANalysis- Collaboration, Communication and Leadership- Project Management- Autonomy & Problem solving- English- Problem solving- Communication and collaboration skills- Must be well-organized, able to understand technically complex problems, able to focus the team on Problem solving, establishing priorities, support other organization needs and requirements.- Must have strong leadership behaviors, high accountability attitude,- Ability to lead by example to improve the team performances and results**Benefits**- Benefits higher than those required by law- Professional growth and development- Indeterminate Contract- Preferiable HYBRID (QRO 3D-ONSITE) or FULL REMOTE
