**What you'll do?**
- Analyze and understand data, understand high level DB operations/concepts - CRUD (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, SELECT), aggregate functions (GROUP BY, RANK), views, triggers, packages/procedures/functions Relational DBs in particular
- Working knowledge of monitoring tools - Dynatrace, SiteScope, and Splunk Ideally at least one person will be more advanced with Dynatrace - Experience with dashboarding, synthetics, transformation
- Splunk - proficiency with extracting data
- Dynatrace - understand synthetics
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow - Change Requests, Incidents, Knowledge Banks
- Working knowledge of code analysis - Github, call hierarchies in Eclipse, debugging code, configuration/properties files when running code
- Working knowledge of batch processes
- Ideally experienced with Spring Batch from a code perspective
