ALTEN Mexico is looking for an Expert Project Leader General Activities: 1.
Responsible for overall project planning, coordination, and execution.
2.
Provides technical expertise and guidance to the project team members.
3.
Manages project scope, budget, and timelines.
4.
Identifies and resolves project risks and issues.
5.
Ensures effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
6.
Prepares and presents project status reports to management.
Typology of managed projects: Large-scale projects with complex technical requirements.
Enforces the behavioral rules regarding quality, health, security, and environment defined by the Group and advised by the customer on its project.
Requirements Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management Proven experience managing large-scale projects PMP certification is a plus Soft skills: Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Technical Skills: Strong technical background in engineering or related field Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Experience with software development lifecycle Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations Fluency in English is required Benefits • Base salary • Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan) • 15 days bonus • 25% vacation bonus • 12 days of vacation (From the first year) • Social Security • PTU/Profit Sharing Apply for this job
