We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Interiors Design & Release Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Interiors Design & Release Engineer, you will lead the engineering, design, development, timing, and production release of interior components and systems. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the design process, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful launch of interior systems to meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalentExperience designing and developing 2-3 of the following: inj. mold plastics, seat structures/mechanisms, lighting, and/or interior system integrationExperience with injection molding, painting, or decorating plastic componentsExperience with OEM or supplier design and releaseExperience with NX, Catia V5, and TeamcenterExperience with DFMEA, DVP&R creation and executionProficient in Excel, Word, Power Point.Create and edit BoM'sExperience with component builds and executionExperience with production process feasibility and development including mold flow analysis or other interior component manufacturing processesIntermediate - Advanced EnglishAmerican visa requiredPreferred Qualifications:Master of Science in Engineering or BusinessExperience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and/or Reactive Shaining Problem SolvingIn plant launch experienceBenefits:Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Training & DevelopmentWellness Resources
